Last patch of Sweet Corn is in the ground

Last week we planted the last patch of sweet corn.  Hard to believe that August is here already.  We make our last planting of Sweet Corn the last week of July.  We will be picking this patch the 2nd or 3rd week of October unless the frost gets it first.  We have planted Sweet corn every week since April so we can pick every day and week fresh.  Still plenty of Sweet Corn buy it by the 5 dozen bag and save $$.  Only $20 for a 5 dozen bag of Sweet Corn.  Corn by the ear is $.60/ear, or by the dozen $6/dozen.  Watermelons (red, yellow, orange) $5 each. Cantaloupes $3 each.  Honey Dew, Spanish Melons, Canary Melons, Tomatoes, Sweet Italian Peppers, Jalapenos, Sweet Bananas, Eggplant, Peaches, Apples, Nectarines and Potatoes!  Blueberries from Whispering Hill Farm.  Pick your own blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.  Picking might be a little slim due to the cold weather back in April.  See you at the farm!  And we are dipping ice cream!IMG_20160715_154017
