At Miller Farms, we proudly raise our chickens and turkeys on open pastures right here in Locust Grove, VA. Our birds enjoy fresh air, sunshine, and green grass — producing meat that’s tender, flavorful, and naturally nutritious.

We process our chickens and turkeys in mid to late October. Because we have limited freezer space, we kindly ask that you plan to pick up your order the week of processing.
Our poultry is cooled immediately after processing and then quickly placed in the freezer. This locks in freshness at its peak — giving you the quality of a fresh bird with the convenience of a frozen one.
