We keep the honey in an old freezer with a light bulb for warmth. It keeps the honey from crystalizing. All of our honey is raw and local. We have Spotsylvania Honey, Honey from Nelson county, and Honey from Highland county where we get maple syrup. Do you know where your honey comes from?
