Miller Farms Market now consists of my Mother and Father, JoJo and Wayne, myself Ben, and 4 of my sons Luke, Zachary, Joshua, and Caleb. We farm year round, planting and producing fruits and vegetables so we can provide our customers with seasonal farm fresh produce. Pick your own Strawberries in May. Pick your own Blackberries, and Blueberries, in the Summer. Pick your own and Wholesale Pumpkins in September and October. Fresh Cut Fraser Firs arrive the Monday before Thanksgiving. Choose and Cut Christmas Trees are available starting the Friday before Thanksgiving. We are a seasonal Farm Market. Our produce follows the seasons and is all harvested from our Farm, except for Asparagus from Joel Yowell in Madison County, tree fruit from Spring Valley Farm near Winchester and Sweet Potatoes from Lois’s Produce in Westmoreland County. Summer Produce is an exciting time here at Miller Farms. Miller Farms Sweet Corn is the star of Summer. We pick Sweet Corn from the end of June until the middle of October. Our summer produce also includes Tomatoes, Watermelons, Cantaloupes, Specialty Melons, Cucumbers, Squash, Sweet Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers and more! We also offer a CSA on our Farm where you can make develop a relationship with us. We have a traditional CSA where we have your box ready for pickup, or check out our new option of Choosing your own CSA. Our Choose your own CSA allows you to choose what goes in your CSA. Remember that all of our produce is NON GMO including our Sweet Corn. We are proud to offer a unique shopping experience where you can select quality, non GMO produce, and other products while enjoying a friendly, family atmosphere. RAW HONEY from the BEES on our Farm is well stocked in our Market in different sizes. Come taste the difference local honey makes and it is great for allergies! We also feature grass fed BEEF from cows raised and grazed on the pastures on our Farm. BROILER CHICKENS are here as well. Our Chickens are raised on our pastures as well, in portable floorless pens that are moved daily, with most of their diet consisting of grass, bugs, and other “goodies” they can find in the pasture. Our Chickens are supplemented with local grain. Our egg layers are busy as well, laying eggs every day for you, and raised on the pastures here at Miller Farms as well. Our egg layers are based with their “chicken wagon” for shelter and laying their eggs. They are surrounded by and electric fence, protecting them from ground predators and keeping them close to their wagon. Their wagon is moved every couple of days so they have access to fresh grass, bugs, and other “goodies”. Other products here at Miller Farms Market include: Grass Fed Milk in glass bottles from South Mountain Creamery from Middletown Md. as well as cheese, yogurt, and cream cheese from their creamery, Papa Weavers Pork from Orange, Va. featuring 1 lb bulk, breakfast links, flavored brats, boston butts, ham, pork loin, and pork chops. Lamb and Goat Meat from Schlund Family Farms right here in Parker, Orange Roasters Coffee from Orange Va., Local Jams, Jellies, and Sauces from Shawnee Springs. We are looking forward to meeting you and seeing you at our Farm.
