Finally the weather has warmed up and we are able to get into the fields! Red potatoes, blue potatoes, red onions, white onions, yellow onions, broccoli, red cabbage, green cabbage, cauliflower (orange, purple, white, green), kohlrabi, pac choi, red and green leaf lettuce, red and green romaine, kale, collards, and spinach all in the ground. First 4 rows of sweet corn planted today. We’ll finish the other 6 rows tomorrow. Still a few CSA spots left.
