Busy this week trying to coordinate mowing, tedding, raking, and baling hay for our herd of Angus Cows. Also trying to get 17 acres of pumpkins in the ground. More pictures and videos to come later. The strawberry patch is open from 8am-5pm through Saturday. We will close the patch at 5 p.m. on Saturday. There are still berries there to pick, however it will take you longer to pick. The good news is, they are super sweet. Milk has arrived from Trickling Springs Creamery. Fresh produce today: Raspberries, Blueberries, Shiitake Mushrooms, Squash, Zucchini, Collards, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Lettuce, Herbs, Radishes, Spring Onions, and more. Tomatoes will be ripe soon. Sweet Corn might be ready the first week of July. We are hoping so! See you at the farm and in the patch.
