Yes, we still have Pick Your Own Strawberries. This makes the 8th week for Strawberries this year. We have never had Strawberries this long before. This is probably the last week, so if you haven’t picked yet, you need to do it now. It is muddy in spots and there a now plenty of weeds creeping in because of all of the rain and the length of time we have been picking strawberries. BUT the strawberries you find are definitely the sweetest we have ever had. It will take you longer to pick than during the height of the season, but the berries you find make it all worth it. The patch will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Saturday this week. We have just started picking RASPBERRIES and BLUEBERRIES. There aren’t enough Raspberries for pick your own yet. There may not be pick your own Blueberries this year because of the late frost we had this year, but we’ll see. Fresh Produce today: Raspberries, Blueberries, Squash, Strawberries, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach, Kale, Collards, Spring Onions, Lettuce, Mesclun Mix, Herbs, and Radishes. See you at the farm and in the patch! Remember that we dip ice cream every day. It’s a perfect way to cool off in the hot weather!
