Miller Farms Pastured Chickens are finally ready! We raised 42 in this flock, and processed them yesterday. Pasture raised with access to plenty of grass, bugs, and local grain. We move their pen every day so they always have access to new grass and bugs. We had one for dinner last night and it was absolutely delicious. We placed it in the roasting pan with garlic, onions, and a little bit of water. 375 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes. The chicken was just perfect.
