Shaggy Pigs, Fuzzy Pigs, Shaggy Dog, Fuzzy Biscuit? It doesn’t matter what you call the Shaggy Pig, we can all agree to call it delicious. Folks ask for the Shaggy Pig by all kinds of names….always gives us a chuckle. The shaggy pig is a buttermilk biscuit with cheese and shredded ham in the dough, honey, and bacon on the inside. Ask for fried eggs and cheese on the inside as well. Now we’re eating good! Join us this Saturday for breakfast on the porch beginning at 8am. Shaggy Pigs, Sausage Gravy and Biscuits, Cows in the Cornfield, French Toast Casserole, and Cheesey Sausage Grits. Lunch time brings out the Chicken Salad Sandwiches, BLT’s, and Chili Dogs.
