Our Barred Rock Chickens are big enough to enjoy some outside time. We had to wait for the Barred Rocks to be big enough to not fit through the holes in the fence. We put them in the greenhouse at night and during the day, the Chickens enjoy their grass and scratching in the dirt. These Barred Rocks will join our Rhode Island Reds in the field in the Spring.
