We’ve had a brief shower of rain this morning, but our patch is still in GREAT shape for picking Strawberries. Strawberry Patch opens at 9am. Our Market closes at 5pm, so the last folks into the patch need to be done and checking out by 4:45. We are out of Buskets to pick in, and not sure when we will get more in. Your Flats for picking in are in the Strawberry Hut in front of the Greenhouses. There should be someone in the Hut today, so check out there. If not, check out at the Market.
The ends of the rows closest to the hut have been picked the hardest. You need to go into the patch about 100 feet or so for the best picking. Looks like a great day for picking STRAWBERRIES! We have PLENTY of STRAWBERRIES. PLENTY of FRESH AIR. PLENTY of PRE-PICKED STRAWBERRIES at $6/Quart. We have some milk now, South Mountain will be delivering mid morning. Sold out of Lemonade until next Wednesday. We were unable to get a delivery this week, hopefully we will get a lemonade delivery next week. See you at the farm and in the Patch!
