Hey Folks, we are sold out of Sweet Corn for today. Not sure if we will pick Monday or not, but we will pick one day next week. It might even be the end of the week again. This patch that we picked yesterday and today, was the second patch planted in the drought and it took 2 weeks to come up. And we Switched Corn varieties from Rosie to Kate. Kate is 6 days later than Rosie. AND everyone was excited that we had corn again. So lots of things coming together that are allowing us to run out of Corn.
So, very similar to last week, we will post when we pick corn again. I thought that once we started picking again, that we would have plenty, but it is so hard to tell how much corn is in a patch when it’s not all ready.
PLENTY of other Veggies and Goodies to grab at the Farm while we wait on corn.
