Spring is coming! Seeds are getting Started in the greenhouse! 500 beefsteak (Primo Red) tomato seeds started. 300 Green to Red Bell Peppers (Vanguard) started. These will get planted in our High Tunnels in 6-8 weeks. Mesclun Mix (lettuce and Asian greens mixed) planted as well. In 3-4 weeks, we’ll be able to harvest from our Green House. All of our seeds come from Harris Seeds. Check them out, they have a Home Garden catalog too, where they offer seeds in smaller packages.
Now is a perfect time to join our CSA! Community Supported Agriculture. Becoming part of our farm now helps us order supplies and seeds now and to plan how much to grow for the 2022 Season.
Remember we are on our Winter Schedule Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. 9am-5pm. Milk gets delivered on Thursday. See ya tomorrow!
