IT’S STRAWBERRY SEASON AT MILLER FARMS! The long wait is finally over and the 2023 STRAWBERRY SEASON IS HERE! You pick, or we pick. We have PLENTY of Pre-Picked STRAWBERRIES available in the Market. Or grab your old shoes or boots and head to the field. The patch is wet and a little muddy from the rain, but it’s actually not too bad. AND the STRAWBERRIES are in GREAT SHAPE!
The Red hut has been moved to the field. You can grab your picking container there or stop by the Market to grab your picking flat or Busket. The whole patch is ready to be picked. Even though we had rain yesterday, the berries are in great shape! We picked the patch hard enough before the rain that the berries that have ripened are excellent and have excellent flavor! It is a little muddy from this rain, but not too bad. Remember to wear boots or old shoes. The Best Strawberries are the ones that you pick yourself.
The patch is located across the road from the Market just past the big water tanks and just past the greenhouses. Plenty of room for parking at the patch. When you are done picking, come back across the road to pay and check out. Pick your own Strawberries are $4.99/lb. PLENTY of Pre-Picked Strawberries are available in the Market at $5/pint.
