Hey Folks, Spring time at the Farm and lots going on!
Tomatoes are forming on the early TOMATO PLANTS in the High Tunnel.
PEPPERS: Red Bell were planted Saturday in another High Tunnel.
WATERMELONS: Seedless germinated Saturday and were moved to the Greenhouse.
SWISS CHARD, SPRING MIX (Mesclun Mix), Tatsoi growing in Greenhouse waiting on Harvest.
MUSHROOMS: Fresh from Northside Growers
CHICKEN: Whole Chicken, pasture raised on our Farm
BEEF: Grass Fed, Grass Finished ANGUS BEEF from the pastures of our Farm….Steaks, Ground Beef, Thinly Sliced Steak, Roasts, Beef Sausage, assorted organ meat.
PORK: Boston Butts, Pork Chops, Bacon, Brats, Breakfast Links, Bulk, Patties
