NOW is the time to FREEZE corn for the winter! 5 doz bags are just $35. Best way to freeze? Shuck your corn down, get your pot of water boiling, and then drop the ears in the pot. Once the water boils again, they’re done. Pull the ears out and place on cookie sheet to cool off. Once they’re cool enough to touch, cut the kernels off the ear and place the kernels in a ziploc bag. Lay the bags flat on a cookie sheet and freeze.
