We use the Kabocha for everything pumpkin: Pumpkin Soup, Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Cake, Pumpkin Coffee cake, Pumpkin Bread, Pumpkin Brownies…..The KABOCHA is perfect. The perfect size, the perfect texture, the perfect flavor.
