Miller Farms Pastured Chickens are ready again! We raised 68 in this flock and processed them yesterday. Pasture raised in the fields on our farm with access to plenty of grass, bugs, and local grain. We move their pen every day so they always have access to new grass and bugs. We ate a few from the last flock that we raised and they were absolutely delicious. We cooked them in a roasting pan with garlic, onions, and a little bit of water. 375 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes. The chicken was just perfect.
