JoJo has been busy!
Loaf Cakes: Lemon Blueberry, Coconut, and Zucchini. Salads in the Good to Go Fridge: Pasta, Watergate, and Dreamsicle.
And the Entree Freezer has frozen entrees in it, great for dinner tonight.
HONEY, local from Spotsylvania! Great for your allergies! And we have other Honey from Va. too. Our other honey is from Nelson County and Highland County.
The Greenhouses are packed with Transplants for our fields….waiting on warmer weather! These Tomato Transplants will hopefully go in our High Tunnels Tomorrow. The Peppers need 2 more weeks in the greenhouse before they are ready. The Broccoli, Kale, Collards, Cauliflower, Mustards will go in the ground in the field next week. We SHOULD have Tomato and Pepper Transplants ready for sale soon!
