We have the Sads today. We are SOLD OUT of SWEET CORN for about the next 3 weeks. We try to give everyone a heads up before this happens, but yesterday was a REALLY BUSY day and we sold through the patch we were picking. What Happened is always the next question. The Next 2 patches to get picked, were planted at the end of July and Beginning of August when we got all of that rain. We had over 8 inches of rain when those 2 patches were planted. The seed rotted and didn’t come up. We plant every 5 or 6 days, so usually we are able to manage around weather events. 2 weeks of rain got both of those patches. The next patch we had several flocks of geese eat right to the dirt as it was coming up. Apparently Geese like our SWEET CORN TOO! By the time we realized they were eating it, the patch was gone. We were able to save our last patch from the geese. Hoping to pick that patch in about 3 weeks. We’ll see.

TOMATO season isn’t over yet…..We have boxes of canning tomatoes available at $25/box. We also have #1 tomatoes available by the pound and by the flat $22/flat, by quart and by the pound.
